Ongoing success to the joinur students in MAS-F. 4 students entered the Leinster Regional Championships last week and among them achieved 5 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze. congratulations 2012 Leinster Champions Darren O'Donogh and Chantelle Mc Cabe. Mas-F is a welcoming place to all those <a href="http://jlikou.com">intreested</a> in keeping fit and trying out different martial arts. There is kick boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Children and Adult classes. New people are always welcome so come along and give it a try. It is a safe sport and you take it at your level and what you can do. Other members of the club will make you feel welcome and help you out. After all we are doing it for a bit of fun. See you there!
