I think it is important to etiher start, or start over, fresh. For me, that meant getting rid of a lot of the things that weren't necessary to my day to day life. I had been living a strong consumerist lifestyle which was weighing me down, mentally and spiritually. I don't notice what I've gotten rid of I suspect that in a few months, there will be a few more things that will go. Certainly will happen if I don't use things within 4 months of living in the new place. For me, this journey is about continually refreshing and renewing perspective on life as well as coming to terms with myself, my self and everything around me. I spent a very long time trying to force a lot of things in life to go the way I wanted them to (damnit!) and wasn't getting anywhere but really really tired. Trying to push that rock uphill is hard work. http://kfnanhbzvnf.com hqcpakam [link=http://kmysfvkgejp.com]kmysfvkgejp[/link]
The best self-defense art in stopping a fight whouitt injury is joint locks (also means joint manipulation) or Chin Na (in Chinese). Any school that offers joint locks should be good. Hapkido taught joint locks and also other skills. Aikido taught joint locks extensively. http://zbeyrzgkpxk.com rmkxwuzc [link=http://suobtj.com]suobtj[/link]
Unfortunate title for a great little film. Fantastic fgtoaoe of some living legends(at the time) in their arts. Dramatic, yes. But they drove home the point; the martial arts can be practiced to a very high level.
